The Approval Process (What to expect)
For your purchase or refinance we'll cover some basic qualifying question of a mortgage application and determine your goals. We can even do this by phone in about 15-20 minutes or if you prefer, simply apply online and one or our licensed loan officers will be glad to assist you. With your permission, we can review your credit profile and share details including your credit scores. Based on your individual scenario we'll discuss any documentation needed to complete your application. We'll also want to schedule an appropriate amount of time to discuss product and pricing options. There will be some paperwork to get through but our Electronic-Signature (E-sign) process makes things easy. Our online portal keep borrowers informed and updated at every step!
If you are in the market to purchase a home we are happy to work with any real estate agent you choose or even assist you in finding a qualified professional. Once we have the information needed for your file qualified applicants can expect to receive a pre-approval letter in as little as 24-48 hours. Same day prequalification's may also be possible.
Steps to completing a mortgage loan include...APPLICATION, DOCUMENT-COLLECTION, DISCLOSING, PROCESSING, UNDERWRITING, LOAN-SIGNING, FUNDING & CLOSING...all of which takes approximately 25-45 days.

- IRS Tax Returns & W2 Income Statements (most recent two years)
- Most Recent Bank Statements (up-to two months. All pages please even if blank)
- 30 days most recent paystubs (if W2 employee)
- Copy of valid drivers License & Social Security Card (or other proof of US legal residency)
- Other documentation based on a borrower's specific scenario.
